Erin O'Donovan President
Erin joined the Food and Drug Administration in 1988 serving under the Deputy Director, Office of Management in the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER). In that position, Erin worked closely with CBER end-users and contractors to facilitate construction projects, relocation and warehousing services as well as specialty personnel administration (Commissioned Corps and SES). After several reorganizations, Erin took an opportunity to work for Dr. Carolyn Hardegree in the Office of Vaccines Research and Review (OVRR) as the Program Manager. In this capacity, Erin was responsible for oversight of the OVRR budget, personnel and facilities management.
In 1998, Erin left the Federal Government to work in the family business, Shamrock Relocation Services. While serving as the General Manager, the company saw sales growth from $1.9M to $5.2M in annual revenues and was consistently among the top 5 Washington area office moving companies according to the Washington Business Journal. Erin continued in this role after the sale of the company to C-Systems International Corporation (CSI) in 2005.
In 2007, Erin left CSI to pursue the growth of her company Potomac Business Environments on a full-time basis.
Along with its owner, Potomac Business Environments has accumulated a top team of logistics services industry veterans.
